McSweeney Kitchen Project Spotlight

Introducing the McSweeney Kitchen Remodel! Through our design phase, we were able to identify our client's pain points and address them in the remodeling plans. Determining these priorities helped us identify the issues and create a kitchen that the homeowners really wanted to use.

The cabinets in this kitchen were very outdated and the kitchen was closed off by a wall separating the main living room/dining room from the kitchen. The homeowners wanted to transform this cramped space into an open concept kitchen that could easily entertain.

To address these issues, we removed the wall between the kitchen and living room; updating their cabinet layout for a better workflow. We then installed a large island for meal prep and company gatherings.

Our client was unsure where to start and stop the new flooring due to the dining room and living room being adjacent to the new kitchen island. We tried to work around existing flooring but ended up replacing the whole main floor (dining room & living room) to the same kitchen flooring for a more open feel and cohesive look.
